Built on 20 years of entrepreneurship
Erik Moederscheim and Ruud Moonen, founders of the TBP Group, have over 20 years of experience in the spatial domain. Starting with MoederscheimMoonen Architects in 2005, they took the next step in 2021 with the launch of Scope Spatial Strategy and Sustain Real Estate Consultancy. By incorporating these companies into the TBP Group, Ruud and Erik have created a platform from which they prefer to operate: independently, customer-focused, and always with an eye on the bigger picture.
